We currently do have a recycling program taken care of by the students in our Junior Leadership Corps elective class. Each classroom has a recycling bin that we are encouraged to use for paper, plastic and aluminum/tin. Students come around with a large rolling bin a few times a week to our classrooms, and we have seen huge changes in the amount of trash being thrown away instead being recycled. Our students are much more empowered to help with this issue.
