How are you incorporating your environmental projects into your school's curriculum?: 
At Whittier we are focused on reading and math and we incorporate environmental issues in our reading and math content. All grade levels have science standards that address the environmental issues and education.
Accomplishments: 
One thing we have accomplished is starting a school wide recycling program that is implemented by the 3rd grade students. Our 4th grade team has been awarded a grant for planting drought resistant plants that are indigenous to Kansas.
