Each year we do a paper making unit. This unit includes Art history connections to early paper making as well as contemporary paper artists. We create our own paper by recycling and reusing scrap paper from the art room and othe classrooms. From this original paper we can create new artwork. Some projects have included books, sketchbooks, note cards and wall art.
