How are you incorporating your environmental projects into your school's curriculum?: 
We are going to integrate the BTU Crew from TRane with the 5th grade students this last quarter of 2010. We are also continued to recyle paper and going to start wtih plastic and aluminum this spring and look into composting our food. We have also been sharing with our school board our school for cleaner and safer school through energy needs.
Accomplishments: 
We have named as a Daily Points of Light Award Winner in 2008 for our accomplishments for Going Green. We have been named as an enviornmentally friendly school with our project in the National FCCLA Teen Times Publication. We have shared our information @ the USA Administrator's Confernce ,the Interdistance Learning Week out of Smoky Hill Ed. Service Center and at the Going GReen SUmmit coming up on Feb. 25. WE have received a $500.00 grant from the Greater Salina Community Foundation to help with purchasing recyling bins and kick-off assembly costs.
