S.7.4.1. The student recognizes that all population living together and the physical factors with which they interact. In other words how one organism can effects others. Example: How can trash and polution effect a certain ecosystem. *We research and study different food-webs and they are effected by human interaction S.7.4.1.The student can identify risks of outside forces that creat changes. *We test do water testing and monitoring of local water systems. S.6.2.1. The student investigates the effect of human activities on the environment and analyse decision based on the knowledge of benefits and risks. We research and discuss ways to make things better then our 7th and 8th grade science exploration students learn about ways to put the 3R's into effect in our school. We are doing some recycling of paper, cans and plastic bags. The students are making posters, power point presentations and even projects to reuse old articles to turn them into new useful things. Example: quilts from old clothes, reuseable bags from old blue jeans and more.
