Being a re-opened school last year, we do not have a balance of funds to use on educational or promotional items for our Go Green Committee. This year we held a Tupperware Fundraiser to raise money to buy several larger bins for recycle collection. We raised about $200.00!! Since starting our Go Green Student Committee last school year, we are continuing to recycle paper throughout our entire school, cardboard, pop cans, plastic and newspapers in select locations throughout the school. We do have a GO Green partnership with the Sunset Zoo in Manhattan. At our kick off last year, each teacher and classroom pledged to Go Green. We are a 100% Go Green School!
